MJP completed the development construction on 66 townhome lots in McKinney and delivered to Fluid DBT. Netze Homes (named for their net-zero design philosophy) will build these townhomes. The model home broke ground in December 2024. Look for the first of these gorgeous townhomes coming to market in September 2025.
