Terraces

Michael Joyce Properties was proud to partner with Terra Manna Land for the construction of Phase 1 of the Terraces. The Terraces is located in Rockwall, TX and consists of 263 residential lots with homes to be built by Perry Homes and David Weekly Homes. Home construction started in November 2024 with expected home deliveries to start in the Summer of 2025.

The Terraces is a beautiful community located within the highly accredited Rockwall ISD. The community features Greene’s Lake, a 15 acre spring fed lake at the center of the project. With just over a mile of trail that meanders along the lake, The Terraces provides a great backdrop for evening strolls and weekend fishing pursuits. Included in the development is a new City of Rockwall park, The Park at Greene’s Lake. This $380,000 park will provide a unique experience for the new residents of The Terraces as well as existing residents in the area.

Michael Joyce Properties was proud to bring this opportunity to Terra Manna Land while working through the zoning and entitlements with the City of Rockwall. Phase 2 of this project also broke ground in November of 2025 and is expected to deliver lots in Q3 of 2025.
