Peachtree Meadows

Peachtree Meadows Phase 1 is well underway. Construction broke ground in July 2024. We expect completed lots in Q4 2025. Builders are Pacesetter Homes & History Maker Homes. Look for first homes hitting the market late spring 2026. The Mims Road paving improvement project is a partnership between Qualico Communities and Rayburn Electric and the City of Rockwall to improve a 2900 linear foot section of Mims Road between Sids Road and Highway 205.
