Park Hills

Michael Joyce Properties was proud to partner with Qualico Communities for the acquisition and development of Park Hills in Rockwall. This iconic property located just east of Harry Myers Park brought some older townhome zoning up to current standards and will deliver new home inventory to the heart of Rockwall. Builder partners are Pacesetter Homes and Shane Homes. Development substantial completion was reached in December 2025. Model homes are currently under construction. Residents are expected to move in starting fall 2025.
