Estates of Bristol Valley

Estates at Bristol Valley broke ground in October 2024. This project consists of 24 custom home sites on one acre lots in the City of Heath. With a gated entry feature, treed lots and beautiful homes being offered by Highland Homes, this is sure to be a great addition to the City of Heath. New home prices are expected to start at $1.5 million. Located within the prized Amy Parks elementary attendance zone within the highly accredited Rockwall ISD, this community will provide future residents the ability to build fully custom homes or select from some pre-selected semi-customizable options. In partnership with Terra-Manna Development and The City of Heath, this project will also bring a much needed tornado warning system to the city.
