Bristol Valley Phase 1

Michael Joyce Properties broke ground on the first phase of a three phase project in the City of Heath in September 2024. Bristol Valley Phase 1 will be a mix of one acre and half acres lots being offered by both Toll Brothers and Perry Homes. Terra Manna Land is the owner of the project. Bristol Valley will help incorporate a new tornado warning system for the City of Heath which currently does not have a system for the city. With the continuation of the City of Heath’s trail system and some additional off site trail improvement, Bristol Valley will provide a connection point to the existing trail system to allow pedestrian travel all the way to downtown Heath. The 103 lots in Phase 1 are expected to be delivered to builders at the end of Q3 in 2025 with home construction to begin shortly after in Q4 of 2025.
