Lake Park Villas

Juniper is a project that MJP zoned in Rockwall in January 2025. MJP partnered with Qualico Communities to take down a 526.778 acre parcel of land in Rockwall for this master planned community. We are excited to bring a low density, master-planned community to Rockwall. The zoning process took just over 9 months and was collaborative process with the City of Rockwall and community members. The development will consist of 6 phases with an extensive amenity package. Look for phase 1 development starting in Q3 2025 which will consist of 151 lots, an amenity center site and provide east-west thoroughfare connectivity for existing residents with the connection of Mercer’s Colony between FM 549 & John King Blvd, as well as, a city park.
